As high pressure moves off to the east...onshore winds will continue to develop and slowly strengthen tonight and tomorrow morning. A cold front is expected to move across the coastal waters late Tuesday afternoon. Strong offshore winds are expected behind the front and advisories are possible by Tuesday evening.
