... Small Craft Advisory now in effect until 6 am CDT Wednesday...

* winds... northeast winds to 30 knots will continue into Tuesday
night before starting to gradually decrease. Some gale force
gusts today will reach up to 45 knots.

* Waves/seas... waves today and tonight will generally be in the 8
to 10 foot range... but will subside somewhat by Tuesday night.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Small Craft Advisory means that wind speeds of 21 to 33 knots
are expected to produce hazardous wave conditions to small craft.
Inexperienced mariners... especially those operating smaller
vessels should avoid navigating in these conditions.
