...High surf advisory for south facing shores...

Surf along south facing shores will be 6 to 10 feet through 
tonight...and 5 to 8 feet Wednesday.

Surf along west facing shores will build to heights of 6 to 8 feet 
tonight...and remain 6 to 8 feet on Wednesday.
 
Surf along east facing shores will be 2 to 3 feet through Wednesday.

Surf along north facing shores will build to heights of 8 to 12 
feet tonight...and remain 8 to 12 feet on Wednesday.

Outlook through Monday may 27:
the current south swell will remain high into Wednesday...then 
slowly decline through the end of the week. A moderate west- 
northwest swell will build tonight and Wednesday...peak Wednesday 
night...then gradually subside Friday into Saturday.

Surf heights are forecast heights of the face or front of waves. The
surf forecast is based on the significant wave height...the average
height of the one third largest waves...in the zone of maximum
refraction. Some waves may be more than twice as high as the
significant wave height. Expect to encounter rip currents in or near
any surf zone.
