Isolated thunderstorms will continue over far northeast Pima and southeast Pinal counties through 230 PM. At 125 PM...the strongest storms were near State Highway 77 and Oracle. Storms that had been over the Catalina mountains have recently weakened. These storms are moving very slowly with only a slow drift...which will add to the locally heavy rainfall potential. Additionally...Sabino creek will have some elevated flows over the next few hours and weekend hikers in Sabino Canyon are urged to use caution.
