In summary,
a trough of low pressure, currently situated over the Front Range in
Colorado, moved through the forecast area overnight through
Monday morning. Snowfall favored the northern and central mountains
in western Colorado, as well as some higher valleys across the
north, producing 2 to 6 inches of new snow. Among higher amounts
were Crested Butte and Hayden, receiving 3 inches of new snow, and
Gothic with 6 inches. Based on reports, Telluride ski resort
received 3.5 inches of new snowfall.
