... Dense fog in many valley locations...

Fog has developed in valleys. It will be locally dense near rivers
and large streams... reducing visibility to less than a quarter mile.
The fog will lift and dissipate after sunrise... and should not be a
concern after about 9 am. Motorists are urged to slow down and
allow extra time to reach their destinations safely. Use low beam
headlights in dense fog... even during the daytime... so that others
can more easily see your vehicle.
