Through 4 am...the heavier snowfall will occur across northeast Maryland in Frederick...Carroll...Baltimore and Harford counties...including the city of Baltimore. Snowfall amounts of an inch an hour are likely within the heavier snow bands. In addition...a light glaze of icing is possible. Northeast winds of 5 to 10 mph will continue...with temperatures holding in the mid to upper 20s.
