The National Weather Service in Duluth has issued a Wind Chill
Advisory... which is in effect from 8 PM this evening to 9 am CST
Friday. The Winter Storm Warning has been canceled.
* Snow accumulations... additional snow accumulations will be
around an inch to 2 inches in the Minnesota
arrowhead... including Duluth. However... the snow will taper to
flurries by mid morning.
* Wind chill values... winds chills will drop to 25 below this
evening and overnight. Frostbite can occur in as little as 30
minutes on exposed skin.
