...Increased fire danger through late this afternoon...

Very dry conditions can be expected through late this afternoon...as the relative humidity drops toward 2o percent in many areas. Although winds will remain below 10 mph...low relative humidity combined with drying Forest fuels will make for an increased fire threat into this evening.

Residents are urged to exercise caution handling any potential ignition source. Be sure to properly discard all smoking materials. Any dry grasses and tree litter that ignite will have the potential to spread quickly. Accidental escaped debris Burns are the number one cause of wildfires.
