	School Starts Tuesday for me!

I had to remove the radar since it was an old image. :-/ Sorry.

Ive been very busy with school recently so don't blame me if I haven't been to your blog as of late. :)

August 24th: Monday, and school starts tommorow. :( Im going to be very busy this year, so don't get mad If I can't come by very often.

August 21st: California Dreamin.... :D

August 16th: I Got a total of 2.04 inches of rain from now TD #4. It was a fun little system. All eyes on Bill, now, he seems meanacing.

August 14th: Here comes the tropical wave we have been waiting for! :)

August 11th: We got 2 inches of rain yesterday. :O And Now i am deeply concerned about TD 2. :/

August 13th: Another .67 inches of rain yesterday, and it seems we might get soaked this coming weekend.

August 10th: Well, we got hit by two storms last night, and got about half an inch of rain. :) Hope today is nice and sunny, with a few showers around.

August 9th: IT was a really hot and dry day yesterday, and it seems today is going to be the same. :/

August 6th: been very busy today, and I have to be out of here by 5. We got .50 inches of rain today, in about 10 minutes. lol Be back later...

August 5th: Hot, Hot Hot, is all I can say. It rained a wee bit today, but not enough to get a mesurement.

August 4th: Dry as a bone here. Hopefully we get some precipiation in the coming week...

August 3rd: Supposed to be hot and dry today. :)

August 2nd: We got some new rain this morning. about .07.

We got .44 inches of rain!

I am off to a Pool Party this afternoon at a friend's house. Let's see if it doesn't rain...

Hi Eastwind, good news, the plumber was here and the blockage has been cleared. Now the pipe on the street needs to be cleaned out...up to the city of Winter Springs to day..........so on to normal life with toilets =)

Well, could you send some dry heat over here:) It was meant to be a better afternoon, and I planned to get the grass cut (hubby volunteered)... then about an hour ago the sky went black and the heavens opened.... and it is still raining now:(( Hope your week is going well, other than the dry heat:)

Good Morning Eastwind, we have had bad storms for the last few days. Yesterday it looked like we were gonna really get slammed but the storm broke into two and moved around us. I think we only got a quarter inch of rain. We have another 50% today and then drying out for the weekend. Hope you have a wonderful Friday!

Hi Eastwind... I was thinking about you and your dryness, and just looked at the WU yearly chart for rainfall for my area. I was surprised to see that the amount of rain we have had since the last week in June is much more than the months January to June!! We had over 3 inches last night!! Ten minutes later... I decided to post your Miami rainfall too for a comparison:) How weird that we both had a steep peak in June!!

Sandi, LOL. We had the peak occur only a few days apart! :O I remember those were some very rainy days we had. It almost rained here yesterday, but nothing, all the storms moved west and left us alone. Hope you all have a great day! :)

Thanks for stopping by the Penguin Blog. Yes, I just looked at the temp and it's 58* at 5:13am. so much nicer. We are welcoming the low that will be with us for most of the next week. We have two chances of spinkles, on this morning and one on Thursday. We should be back in the 80's by next weekend though. This is so much nicer for us Day Sleepers to function in. Hey EWM! Looks like a rainy Saturday for us too! We just finished getting our hurricane impact windows installed and they passed inspection today. Just in time by the looks of the tropics. Looks like things are heating up. Stay dry and have a great day!

Good morning EWM! So you are already getting some of this rain? We've gotten a little so far but nothing really measureable. I guess this weekend we will all finished up those little things that we still need to do for our hurricane prepareness and supplies. Then spend the next 5 days watching the tropics. Good Sunday Morning to you ... Those two storms that came off the African coast, Ana and Bill, are being closely followed by two more waves ....look like the season has stated. I do hope they all head out to sea and finish up here in the UK, rather than land on the west side to the Atlantic!! We are on our fourth day of sunshine and warmth! Must be a record for us thsi summer!!LOL

One really strong band went through Orlando but we are a little north and did not get it. Looks like tomorrow will be a rainy day for all of us as Ana's remains start creeping into the state. In fact our weather gurus are saying rain for the next three days. Be sure to take your umbrella when you go out.

Well, the first week is over, and I am sure it has gone well:) I know what you mean about not having tiem to come to the blogs.. I am beginning to wonder how I will fit everything in when I begin this 10 week University course in October!!
