Been scattered like ►fallen leaves blowing in the wind. ►This perhaps is at least une raison for the intermittency of blogging— the only weather blog in "these parts". Rain has been a contant weather item, here. ►It appears that the NW Pacific Ocean Climate in Seattle, Washington is being shared here, far from any ocean! When Shreveport NWS understands how this is possible their credibility(especially during T Storm Warnings, Tornado Warnings, and other life threatening episodes of Nature) will increase a thousand-fold.
So here are the rainspecs to date ►►

Monthly Rain Daily Totals

►As of Thur. 10/29/09 7:32PM CDT | 10/30/09 0:32 UTC 12.63in | 320.8mm

4.56in | 115.8mm rain fell during the first 9 days of October. Two days, including today 10/10/09 it did not rain. Perhaps the Hayworth Seasonal Flu outbreak has spread over this area with the very moist, overcast weather. It is airborne (in case you didn't know). I'm glad you're reading this short report. Stay tuned for more as weather permits.
