Wow. what a weekend and I was disappointed a couple of weeks ago that I hadn't closed the pool up sooner. We thoroughly enjoyed the warm or should I say hot weather the past few days and used the pool. to think that in October we are in the pool is hard to fathom here in Pennsylvania. this time of the year I am usually cleaning out the vegetable garden and wearing sweatshirts and jeans. it was great being in the pool and cooking on the grill. not that i ever put the grill away. i grill even when there is snow on the ground. i use a charcoal grill not those outdoor propane gas ovens.
I realize that the warm weather will come to an end, but it was nice to get in the pool. I am so ready for the cool weather and the changing color of the leaves. but this will be one October I won't soon forget.
