Just north of like PR to along the SE coast, this includes the Bahamas. We keep getting the High setting up & moving in such a way little vorticities have been spinning up in that area. Water is warm too.
The other area is northern Gulf of Mexico. We keep seeing these lows swing down into the southern states. If one goes a little more south over the warmer than usual gulf, it could be a quick forming coastal riding affair.

I didn't read back & left two too..lol. I'm more into to discussing the poll. I like my first answer for most likely..but if one of those cut off lows slings a little south into the GOM first it's over..
SPL~ I'll give your mid-Atlantic STD an outside chance. Usually something you'd never see early in a season, seen some vorticity out there lately. That one that was trying out there just north of PR last night is looking a bit shredded this morning.

I am gonna go with the central Atlantic(65W-45W, 35N-20N) and the northwest Caribbean.
If the central atlantic takes the prize it might be subtropical storm.
Is better to not have more than one option as an answer to vote in a poll.
