Thhe SIL was back working on the basement again yesterday and has the drywall up. It won't be long till I have my washroom back again.
I was going to cut my front lawn yesterday but when I went to get the mower it was missing. It seems the granddaughter had borrowed it. By the time it came home it was too warm. so I added more water.
The daughter commented that there are only 3 green lawns on the block. Mine and my neighbors that I installed wells for last year. I'll have to get out right after Abbey's early morning walk today and get my grass cut.
Only 8 more sleeps till I fly. :)

Good morning, Tony! looks like you have a windy day today, maybe the wind will blow all your grass clippings away. Be careful walking or the wind will blow you around, too!
Have a great day!

Good morning Tony, looks like you and Hurricane Irene may be in NFLD about the same time. By then it should only be a tropical depression but it will still mean lots of rain...make sure to pack an umbrella.

Glad to hear that your basement is almost finished. Just the taping, sanding and prep for painting, finishing the floor and you will be able to enjoy your new bathroom. I guess I watch a little too much Mike Holmes on TV so if any work ever gets done around here, I will be on the contractor like orange peel on an orange....LOL He will Make it Right the first time or else....ROFLMBO.

Anyway its a bit cooler at the moment, a good breeze blowing, overcast skies and we already did see a bit of rain this morning. Have all the windows opened for a nice cross breeze.

Off to get my coffee, take my meds and relax for a bit. Have a great day dear ones. Stay well and keep smiling.

Afternoon Tony, grand fall one it is, no hint of summer in the air even this late in the day.
Are you flying to the Big Rock or just the other half? Long ways from PLP, didn't realize any BASS or TITUS bunch over that way.
Hurricane IRENE looking like she plans on visiting the Bay and will be packing some wallop when she arrives.
Have a good one.
