Pepperweed or peppergrass, Lepidium genus but there are a number of species; this one is probably L. campestre. A very common weed in the mustard (Cruciferae) family.
I know it's just a weed and all, but I still marvel at how they can grow in almost *nothing*, a crack where water can barely seep through, let alone have enough room for roots to grab hold in.
I was just amazed that it grew out of what's probably the tiniest crack I've seen, barely 1mm wide.
I was thinking some kind of millet or other critter that stray birdseed might beget.
