They grow on my front yard for over 15 years but I still don't know their name..

Creeping Phlox or Moss Phlox.
Type of plant: Perennial wintering in the soil
Height: Only 10 - 15 cm, the plant produces creeping stems.
Decoration of the plants: Typical plant forming dense tangled mat pillow, which overlap in flower profusely with small flowers with intense colors. Flowers usually in purple or violet color but can also be carmine, purple, pink or white. Blooms form a spectacular spots. Lobes narrow, needle-and slightly hairy.
Flowering Season: Late April and May. I have them also in my garden.
