Beautiful sea color, Wilma, and nice composition & story.
I was in Wellfleet on Cape Cod the last seven days and we lucked out on some nice sun, except for two days.

..which is why they call Spring in Northern NE the 'drowning season'..people don't realize what hypothermia does to the body..heck that water not warm even in July! LOL...great shot

Well, hey! So good to hear from each of you, DB, Betsy, Kristina, Susan, Linda and Susan. The joy this dad and his son had in this moment was so heart warming, I'm sure they never even thought about the cold!

Congrats on a very beautiful AC Wilma, love this!! No way would I get in that water with it being that cold, lol. Our White River is normally cold, in the high 60's to low 70's (that is cold to me) but with the low water and hot days it must be in the upper 70's because it feels great and I've been swimming, hehe.

Kids, especially, don't care how cold the water is. Their lips turn blue and they still want to swim. Water temps got to be in the mid 80's for me to go swimming but.... A beautiful photo of 'your' pier, Wilma. I always enjoy it when you visit here. Congratulations!
