This weekend in Scott Valley a very fun tradition takes place every year. The Scott Valley Yard Sale Extravaganza. I kid you not. This happens to be one of my husband's favorite days. While he is out looking for 'treasures' I also get to find treasure of my own on property I would normally not have access to without trespassing! A great day was had by all.

It is such a hoot. People come from as far away as Washington, Oregon and Southern CA. They print a map in the paper, and I am pretty sure more accidents happen today than the whole rest of the year combined. It's nuts!

Sweet shot made nearer and dearer when we remember the sweat equity put into and pulled from the barn. How much is represented by lifes wear and labor and toil. Well, I found a lot of rustic things to hang outside my husbands new 'man cave'. He of course found some great sales on tools, but best of all the nice memory of the day socializing with the people from our valley. that's really the main event. :) Thanks, Liz!

Very nice. At first I though it was a barn I stopped on the side of the freeway with my tripod out here in Oregon to get. Mine turned out really good also. I love capturing old barns. Good job! AC congrats.
