thanks everybody! bigbluestem, I think I mislead you guys - I was thinking about my location and being east of Shasta - we're actually west of Mt Lassen and I was up in Big Valley when I shot this photo - that's really north west of the mountain - sorry about that!

update: I must have been in another world when I posted this shot - this is not Mt Shasta!! It is Mt Lassen!!!
