Taken this afternoon at the Greenview, Siskiyou County Sheriff search and rescue command post as a rescued Marble Mountains hiker was being flown into the command post in the CHP [California Highway Patrol] helicopter. The crew of a California Air National Guard Medevac unit stands alongside their Black Hawk [I think] helicopter. The hiker and his dog, who were lost in the mountains for 4 days and three nights in inclement weather, came home unscathed and in good spirits.
