I have enjoyed photography as a hobby in my youth and teens, was professionally educated in photography and graphic arts, and was gainfully employed in the photographic trades for 30 years. Recently I like most everyone else has discovered the ease of digital photography, and I find myself having to re-learn many of the exposure tricks that I had become quite confidant with , using film, and now having to apply that science to EV control and noise control, and new terms I never knew in the photographic darkroom. Its a very enjoyable experience. |

The deep woods are very wet now...slipping on Moss covered boulders would be a problem today BUT yes this whole area is a fine place to like hiking and photography...Thanks for your comment

Ha Ha at this point pretty much all those hillsides , both in the foreground, and the mountains across the small valley are privately owned ...Hard to think that only 15 years ago you could buy fixer upper cabin some where in the Mahousuc Mountains nearby with land for $32,000
